This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") is hereby formulated by Us in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the GDPR and other relevant regulations to protect the security of personal information about You as well as to safeguard lawful processing activities.
If You do not acknowledge and agree to this Policy, You shall stop using App.
1. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the App, and from third-party services, such as Google, that you choose to use in connection with the App.
We may collect personal information when you sign in with your Google Account, when you use the App in guest mode or while signed in, when you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us, and when certain technical and usage information is collected automatically during your use of the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.
2. What Personal Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email account information, profile information, and any other information you choose to provide in connection with your use of the App or your communications with us.
If you choose to sign in through your Google Account, we may receive certain information from Google, including your name, email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile information, depending on the permissions requested and granted during sign-in.
You may also use certain parts of the App in guest mode without signing in.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including app activity and interaction data (including but not limited game progress and session length), device or app instance identifiers, device model, OS version, operating system and app version, language and general region settings, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics information, and related technical data necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
3. Camera Access and Motion Tracking
The App uses your device's front-facing camera solely for real-time, on-device pose estimation and motion tracking during gameplay.
Your camera feed is processed locally on your device in real time. The App does not record, store, save, upload, transmit, or share your photos, videos, or live camera feed. The App requests camera access permission through the standard operating system authorization prompt.
No photo or video recordings are created or retained by the App as part of this process.
During gameplay, the App may process abstracted information about your body movements, such as pose or motion-related data derived from the camera feed, solely to enable core functionality. The App does not perform facial recognition or attempt to identify individuals.
This information is processed in real time, is not used to identify you, and is not stored, retained, or transmitted off your device.
The App does not use the camera to identify you as a person and does not create, collect, store, or retain biometric identifiers or biometric information.
4. Information Received from Third Parties
We may receive personal information from third parties where you choose to use third-party services in connection with the App. If you choose to sign in through your Google Account, we may receive the information described above from Google, depending on your settings and the permissions you grant.
We may also receive technical or service-related information from service providers that help us provide authentication, analytics, crash reporting, security, and stability services for the App.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We may use your personal information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App.
This includes using personal information to authenticate your account, enable Google Sign-In, provide account-related features, support guest mode and signed-in functionality, respond to support requests, send service-related communications and technical notices, monitor app performance and stability, identify and fix bugs or technical issues, analyze app usage and feature performance, improve gameplay and navigation, protect the security and integrity of the App, investigate misuse or unlawful activity, and comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
6. Firebase Services
We may use Firebase services in connection with the App. These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
Firebase services are provided by Google LLC. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy.
We may use Google Firebase Analytics to collect limited app usage and device-related information automatically, depending on how the App is configured. Such information may include App-instance or similar identifiers, App opens and sessions, screen or feature interaction data, engagement information, and device and App information such as device model, operating system, App version, language, and country or region. We use this information to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality and performance.
We may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash-related technical information when the App experiences an error or crash. Such information may include crash logs and stack traces, diagnostics information about the device state at the time of crash, technical app and device information, and a pseudonymous installation identifier used to group crash reports. We use this information to detect, diagnose, and fix technical issues and to improve the stability of the App. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in a limited and privacy-focused configuration. Data collected through Firebase is processed in a pseudonymized form.
7. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App
We do not collect or store photo or video recordings from your device's camera. As described above, the camera is used solely for real-time, on-device processing and no recordings are created, retained, or transmitted.
We do not collect precise GPS location data, payment card information or other financial information, or information for targeted advertising purposes.
The App does not use your data for advertising profiling and does not display third-party advertising.
The App does not create, collect, or retain biometric identifiers or biometric information, and does not use motion or pose data to identify individual users.
8. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we may process personal information on the basis of consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the App, provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
In particular:

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, or such other age as required by local law in the user's jurisdiction.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and partners that support the operation, functionality, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, security, and stability of the App.
We may also disclose personal information to competent law enforcement authorities, regulators, courts, or other third parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the App.
We may disclose personal information to other persons where you have given your consent or where disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We will for example periodically de-identify unused user accounts.
Camera frames used for real-time, on-device pose estimation are processed locally and are not stored by us.
12. International Transfers
The App may be made available in multiple countries, and your personal information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located.
Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred internationally.
13. Contact Information and Data Deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing.
